You can view yourself as two and not feel so lonely,
People do it just to pass the time of day,
And others do it to get sensation right when they want it,
It’s an ability that you innately know you have.

Where and when you do it can change your inner feelings,
Or you’re good enough to do it when you want,
What your mind can do is bring up memories for you,
You can then use them to please yourself and no one else.

You can create a feeling in the now of present time,
You can linger in the past of fondest memories,
Or use pictures, still or moving to make it nice.

Some say it’s better than with someone else to worry about,
Hard to talk about your innermost desires,
Hard to speak about a subject often censored,
Often easier just to do it by yourself.

This sensation to have this thrill is quite the subject,
The end result is prized as valuable by most of life,
There are organisms that have this urge to procreate themselves,
Mollusks do, could this be where this urge began.

Now why has this urge baffled so many people throughout the ages,
You should know you were seriously screwed with, long long ago,
The fact you can’t remember this, does not negate it happened,
Just like you lived inside your mother, and grew and then came out.

This innate urge will always be there if you’re in bodies,
It’s good to learn a little more from where it came,
Or at least what to do with all this energy that it’s creating,
So you’re attention is freed to pursue your other goals.
