It’s all around,

This world seems built on loss,
Many know it’s not our boss.

It loves me when I’m down,
Gives me that hope I’ll never drown.

It portends a solid goal,
Says it’s coming from my own soul.

Easily blending inside another,
Yes they too have this same bother.

Makes it smooth for easy love,
It sometimes feels it’s from above.

Loss is devoted to family,
Keeps me centered in gravity.

It can make my life a hell,
But when it’s gone, I feel just swell.

I perceive it has this force,
Wrapped within its violent source.

So designed to mask its face,
Very hard to do a trace.

I try look beyond its wall,
It cannot hear my valiant call.

I sometimes try to pervade its screen,
Hoping to reveal that sight unseen.

So much loss,
