A couple of observations on Aesthetics: Using negative emotions as part of your aesthetics seems to lessen your ability to calmly focus all of your intention and attention on what you are composing in the moment you are in right now, and, can affect the purity and aesthetic quality of your creativeness.

Generating a wondrous aesthetic connection with your audience seems to leave you calmly at ease with yourself in the exact now of the moment you are in.
